What online career management and coaching services do you provide?

Our career coaching for graduates with Prospects Professional offers a range of competitively priced career management services for graduates who are seeking employment or study in the UK. Our services include CV and covering letter evaluations and Email a careers consultant. See our services and prices section for further information.

Do you offer a CV writing service?

No. We simply evaluate and review the CV that you have put together. We cannot create a CV for you.

Do I need to do any preparation before I use your services?

If you are using our CV evaluation service, spend some quality time designing your CV before submitting it to our careers consultants. Remember that you should stick to two sides of A4 for your CV.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment is necessary for CV/covering letter evaluations or email a careers consultant.

Are your services available for international students?

Yes, our services are now available to international students but the following information should be considered:

  • We are not in a position to give any advice regarding the UK Border Agency's new 5-tier points based system for working in the UK or any other aspect of immigration law;
  • We do not offer an English language correction service;
  • Prospects Professional services are only open to graduates looking for work or study in the UK.

Will my personal details be secure?

Prospects Professional takes the privacy and security of its customers seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing a personalised and valuable service. We will not share your information with others without your prior consent. All customer data is securely stored on our servers and is firewall and virus protected. Will my online payment be secure?

Our online payment system uses a secure hosting environment provided by SecureHosting and uses one of the UK’s largest payment networks known as UPG (Universal Payment Gateway). This network is at the root of online payments for all major UK banks

If I purchase a service that I am not eligible for, am I entitled to a refund?

Yes, but you will be subjected to an administration fee of £5. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions and the statement of service to ensure that you are eligible for the services, especially if you are an international student. Please note that the service is not available to current Under Graduate students, who are entitled to free careers advice from their university careers service.
