As one of the world's largest professional services firm, the work we do at PwC is hugely diverse. From our offices all over the world, we deal with a range of clients - businesses, charities and governments - offering them services that help to improve the way they work in the short and long-term. From auditing their finances and planning their taxes to identifying the commercial risks they face and assessing the implications of strategic decisions, we work in partnership with all our clients creating leading-edge solutions.
At PwC, we offer talented people a great introduction to the world of business in a supportive and team-oriented environment. In addition to being one of the largest graduate recruiters in the UK, we offer a range of work experience placements:
- Our eight-week summer internship programmes provide high calibre, penultimate year undergraduates with an opportunity to experience work and life at PwC, offering a valuable insight into our business and culture.
- Our business placement scheme offers six-month or eleven-month sandwich placements, giving undergraduates a real taste of life at the heart of the firm, working alongside graduate trainees and experienced professionals on client projects.
- We also have a number of post-graduate internships, which give graduates the opportunity to spend six months or so working and training with our regular graduate intake, before taking some time out to pursue another interest - hopefully returning to join us in a full-time capacity the following year.
- PwC Insight is a two-day residential course designed to help students develop an understanding of our organisation, the business of professional services, and what it might be like to build a career here.
