On 12th March 2008, Cafe Royal in Regent Street, London played host to this years NCWE Awards Ceremony. Over 170 guests attended the day which consisted of a drinks reception and lunch, before winners were announced.

Guests were welcomed by Heather Collier, Manager of NCWE, followed by a guest speaker David Frost, Director General of the British Chambers of Commerce who spoke on the value of work experience.

After a brief explanation of the judging process by judge Harry Kelly, it was time to reveal the winners! The winners were announced by Heather Collier and presented with their certificates and awards by David Frost. Sonja Stockton from PricewaterhouseCoopers and Yvonne Crew from Centrica also presented awards in their sponsored category.
