Xtrac is a world leader in automotive engineering, producing materials used in most F1, NASCAR and World Touring Cars.

The placements are detailed and well organised, to ensure that the students are both challenged and supported. This even includes trips to the USA to liaise with clients to assess their needs and any technical issues, giving the placement students an understanding of all aspects of the companies operation.

Xtrac place high value on their placement scheme as a part of their long term recruitment plan, employing the vast majority of their trainees upon graduation.

The placement is well organised and detailed with a carefully planned programme from day one. Every opportunity is taken to ensure the student is challenged but supported throughout their placement.

Students become truly valuable and appreciated members of staff, with many being employed upon graduation.
